Accommodation Information

General information

Please note that InTour is a reservation centre for organizing all practical details regarding travel and local accommodation for trips and stays in Marrakesh and Morocco.

Please be informed that once each participant has registered and booked their local accomodation with InTour, all practical information regarding the Forum, the social life in Marrakesh, as well as where to go and how to move around in and sights to see around the city will be sent to each participant.

• Hotel reservations will be managed on a "first come, first serve" basis and before the deadline of 7 January 2002.
• Hotel prices are per room per night and include:
  • Bed and breakfast - BB: bed, breakfast, tax and service charges
  • Half board - HB: bed, breakfast, one meal, tax and service charges

Extras (telephone, minibar, meal supplement, etc.) should be settled directly with the hotel by the participant.

Rules for payment

• Payment by cheque is not accepted
• Payment of the bill must be made by:
  
  Credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard)
  
  or

Conditions of cancellation

Any change, cancellation or alteration of reservation should be made directly to Intour by fax (212.44.43.46.03) or e-mail (intour@iam.net.ma).
