I think all 7 themes are relevant.
My own point of view (on) theme 5 (the food chain approach) (is that) we should have an NGO committee or board of food safety that has the freedom to work and be responsible for routine checks and sends a report to policy makers. (one question would be:) How can this group be arranged and the budget?
They must be transparent and academic as well.
